Joe Mahoney
is a Partner at Greenlaw Partners and an experienced private equity investor.
Previously, Joe was the Managing Principal of Guggenheim Real Estate, a multi-billion dollar institutional real estate investment manager, from 2013 until its acquisition by the Great West Life in 2019. He co-founded Guggenheim Real Estate in 2001 and during his time there was responsible for transactions in excess of six billion dollars. Joe served on the Board of Directors of Guggenheim Trust Company from 2013 to 2019.
Prior to Guggenheim, Joe was an investment analyst at Fidelity Investments. Before Fidelity, he served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps and led a platoon in the Persian Gulf War. He earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University, and an MBA from Western New England University. Joe is a CFA Charter Holder.
